Welcome to Wanderer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Softr Solutions d.o.o., a company registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina with its registered office at Jadranska br. 13/17, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Wanderer", "we", "our", "us"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the Wanderer mobile application and any related services we make available (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the Service.
"eSIM" means an embedded SIM profile that can be downloaded to a compatible device and used to connect to one or more mobile networks.
"Data Package" means a prepaid mobile data allowance with a defined volume, validity period, and geographic coverage area, made available for purchase through the Service.
"Order" means a purchase transaction you complete through the Service for a Data Package or top-up.
"Wallet" means the in-app store-credit balance associated with your account, denominated in the currency in which you transact.
"Paddle" means Paddle.com Market Limited, the merchant of record for purchases made through the Service.
"Auto Top-Up" means the optional feature that automatically initiates a Top-Up Order on an eSIM when its remaining data falls below a threshold you configure.
"Loyalty Program" means the tier-based rewards program described in Section 14.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of your country of residence to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
eSIM technology is supported only on specific devices and carrier models. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked before purchasing a Data Package. We do not refund Data Packages purchased for incompatible devices (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
To use most features of the Service, you must register an account with a valid email address and a password. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or that are used in breach of these Terms.
Wanderer is a reseller and aggregator of mobile data services. We are not a mobile network operator, telecommunications carrier, or licensed provider of electronic communications services. The underlying connectivity associated with each Data Package is delivered by mobile network operators and wholesale partners with whom we contract.
We do not select, control, or operate the specific network used at any given moment; that selection is made by the eSIM profile and the available networks at your location. We make commercially reasonable efforts to source connectivity that performs as advertised, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific connection speeds, or coverage in any particular area.
Important — please read carefully.
The Service provides data connectivity only. Unless a specific Data Package expressly states otherwise, the Service does not provide:
You must therefore not rely on the Service to contact emergency services. You should keep an alternative means of contacting emergency services available at all times — for example, a primary SIM with a local voice plan, a roaming voice plan, a fixed-line telephone, a hotel telephone, or a public emergency phone. This limitation applies even when your device is connected to a network through a Wanderer eSIM and shows full signal.
Some Data Packages may include voice and SMS as advertised features; in that case, the package description and the underlying network rules govern what is supported and where. Even on those packages, emergency-call routing depends on the underlying carrier and your location and is not guaranteed.
When you complete an Order, we will deliver the eSIM profile to your account in the Service, typically within a few minutes. Delivery is electronic; we do not ship physical SIM cards.
The validity period of a Data Package begins to run from one of the following events, whichever occurs first, unless the Data Package description specifies otherwise:
Once a Data Package has been activated, the validity period runs continuously until expiry, regardless of whether you remain connected. We do not pause or extend validity for unused time.
An eSIM profile is licensed for use on a single device at a time. Operating-system limits on most devices restrict reinstallation of the same profile; in addition, we permit a limited number of reinstallations per profile (typically up to five) to support legitimate device-change scenarios. Once that limit is exhausted, a new Order is required. If a network requires manual configuration (for example, of an Access Point Name) after install, the necessary instructions are provided in the Service.
Mobile coverage, data throughput, and network availability depend on the underlying networks, your geographic location, your device, weather, network congestion, and other factors outside our control. Advertised speeds reflect typical maximums on the network and are not guaranteed.
Where a Data Package covers multiple countries or a region, your device will roam automatically across the available networks; switching between networks may briefly interrupt the data connection and is normal behaviour.
We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to throttle, suspend, or terminate connectivity if your usage pattern constitutes abuse — including without limitation: sustained machine-to-machine traffic at consumer scale, peer-to-peer hosting, commercial redistribution of bandwidth, or activity that materially degrades service for other users or breaches the underlying network operator's acceptable-use rules.
Tethering and personal-hotspot use are permitted on a Data Package unless the underlying network restricts or prohibits them. We do not guarantee that tethering will work on every network or in every coverage area. Where a network prohibits tethering, your device or the network may block hotspot traffic; this does not entitle you to a refund.
All payments are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record. When you complete an Order, you are entering into a transaction with Paddle for that payment. Paddle handles payment authorisation, settlement, invoicing, and the collection of any applicable sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or goods-and-services tax (GST).
Prices are displayed in your local currency where Paddle supports it; the currency in which you are charged is shown at checkout. Where currency conversion is required, the rate is set by Paddle and may include a conversion margin. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; tax may be added at checkout depending on your country of residence and the rules Paddle applies. Paddle's terms govern the payment relationship; we are not responsible for chargeback decisions, payment-method restrictions, or fraud screening performed by Paddle.
You authorise Paddle to charge your selected payment method for the total displayed at checkout. Supported payment methods include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options Paddle may offer in your region.
Your Wallet holds store-credit balance redeemable against future Orders within the Service. Wallet credit can be earned through:
Wallet credit is:
Expiry. Wallet credit expires twenty-four (24) months after the date of your most recent qualifying account activity. Qualifying activity includes completing an Order, redeeming Wallet credit, or earning new Wallet credit. We will notify you in-app at least thirty (30) days before any expiry takes effect, giving you the opportunity to use the balance.
Maximum balance. The maximum aggregate Wallet balance is the local-currency equivalent of five hundred euros (EUR 500). Earnings that would cause your balance to exceed this cap may be deferred, capped, or declined at our discretion.
Forfeiture on account closure. If you delete your account or we terminate it for cause, any remaining Wallet balance is forfeited and is not refundable as money.
Auto Top-Up is an optional feature that you can enable on any eligible eSIM. When enabled, it automatically initiates a Top-Up Order at the threshold and package you select. By enabling Auto Top-Up, you authorise us and Paddle to charge your selected payment method for each such Top-Up without further confirmation.
Trigger. Auto Top-Up is triggered when the remaining data on the eSIM falls below the threshold (in megabytes) you have configured.
Cooldown. A one-hour cooldown applies between Auto Top-Up charges on the same eSIM to prevent duplicate charges.
Monthly spending cap. A default spending cap of one hundred euros (EUR 100) per calendar month applies to all Auto Top-Up charges on your account. You may lower this cap in your account settings; raising it requires our review.
Disabling and cancelling. You can disable Auto Top-Up on each eSIM, or for your entire account, at any time in the Service. Disabling Auto Top-Up takes effect immediately for future triggers but does not cancel charges that have already been initiated.
It is your responsibility to monitor your data usage and your Auto Top-Up configuration. We are not liable for Auto Top-Up charges that occur in accordance with the configuration you have set, except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
We may offer promotional codes from time to time. Each code is subject to its specific terms, which may include:
Promo codes apply percentage discounts to qualifying Orders. We may revoke, suspend, or modify any promotional offer at any time. Attempting to abuse promotional codes — for example, by creating multiple accounts, by exploiting unintended combinations of codes, or by reverse-engineering eligibility logic — may result in clawback of the discount, suspension of your account, and forfeiture of related Wallet credit.
We may operate a Loyalty Program that rewards users based on the number of completed Orders on their account. The program currently has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — and provides benefits that may include checkout discounts and cashback to your Wallet. Tier mechanics, thresholds, and benefits are described in the Service and may change.
Loyalty benefits accrue automatically to your account based on completed Order count. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program, change tier thresholds or benefits, or correct any errors at any time. Where changes are materially adverse to you, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Service.
Loyalty status is personal to your account and cannot be transferred.
Prohibited conduct. You agree not to:
Sanctions and export controls. You may not use the Service, and we may not provide it to you, if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, a national of, or acting on behalf of any person in a country or region subject to comprehensive economic sanctions administered by the European Union, the United States (OFAC), the United Kingdom (OFSI), or the United Nations Security Council. As at the date of these Terms, such countries and regions include the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People's Republic, and so-called Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine. You also represent that you are not listed on, and are not majority-owned or controlled by any person listed on, any sanctions list (for example, the EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List, the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, or the UK Sanctions List). We reserve the right to suspend, refuse, or unwind any Order that we reasonably believe would breach applicable sanctions or export-control law.
Consequences. Violations of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, clawback of unduly received credits or discounts, refusal of refunds, and, where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities.
The Service — including its design, branding, logos, text, graphics, software, and arrangement — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Service on devices you own or control, solely to access the Service in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and any Data Package are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from defects.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. Network coverage and speed depend on third-party operators and are not guaranteed.
Nothing in this Section limits or excludes any warranty or right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, the Service, or any Data Package — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Softr Solutions d.o.o., its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
By you. You may terminate your account at any time from the Account section of the Service. On account deletion, see our Privacy Policy for what data is removed and what is retained for legal and accounting reasons.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your account, or your access to specific features, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if your continued use poses a security, fraud, or legal risk to us or other users. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
Consequences. On termination: active eSIMs may continue to function until they expire or are revoked, but you may no longer be able to manage them through the Service; any remaining Wallet balance is forfeited (subject to mandatory law); and we may retain Order records as required by tax and accounting rules.
This Section applies if you obtained the Service through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, and supplements but does not replace the rest of these Terms. In the event of conflict, this Section controls for the affected app-store provisions only.
Apple App Store. If you obtained the Service through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
Google Play. If you obtained the Service through Google Play, you acknowledge and agree that:
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service and update the "Last updated" date on this document. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Where you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you are habitually resident.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation by writing to support@wanderersim.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if it cannot be modified, severed from these Terms; the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any policies and notices referenced in them (including our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
No waiver. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or of any other right.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any of our affiliates or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, on notice to you. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of EU/UK consumers are unaffected.
Notices. We will send notices to you by in-app message or by email to the address registered to your account; you must keep your contact details current. You will send notices to us by email to support@wanderersim.com or by post to the address in Section 25. A notice is deemed received on the day it is sent electronically, or three business days after posting.
Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 2 (Definitions), 11 (Wallet), 16 (Intellectual Property), 18 (Limitation of Liability), 19 (Indemnification), 23 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), and 24 (General Provisions) — will survive any termination of these Terms or of your account.
Electronic communications. You consent to receive these Terms, any updates to them, and all other notices, disclosures, and communications relating to the Service in electronic form (by email, in-app message, or by publication on our website), and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
Language. Where these Terms are provided in any language other than English, the English version controls in case of conflict, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
